Obour STEM school is built on a fairly broad piece of land including the
academic amenities, students’ habitations, and playgrounds to serve the students. The school
consists of three main areas:
School Building
The school building has one of the unique construction designs among Egyptian schools. Including 18 classes, distributed fairly among boys and girls. Inside these classrooms, students are separated into 5 separate groups to enhance teamwork and facilitate sharing knowledge without any external help. Groups are meant to enhance their sense of competition which encourages students to improve their skills.Although the school focuses on the refinement of the students' academic skills, Sports play a leading role in keeping the students' shape motivate and release the excess energy adults may have, leaving them with clear minds and well-built bodies. The school includes two volleyball courts, a football yard, and a basketball court. The school building includes gymnastics for athletes to keep training while they are staying in the school. The remaining space is covered with green grasses that have a positive effect on the students', keeping them up for studying and brainstorming.

School Residence
The student residence is divided into two main buildings, one for each gender, where each building contains four floors, twelve rooms on each one. The fifth floor includes special rooms for school workers, the dining hall, and the mosque. Each room can hold up to four students, contains four beds, 4 wardrobes, and a bathroom for each individual room. All floors have wide studying rooms equipped with a stable Wi-Fi connection, a suitable environment for students to share their thoughts and exchange ideas.
School Dorm
This is where the students reside, study at night, eat and sleep.
Restaurant
Tables and water tanks to allow students to eat and drink.
Rooms
Students sleep and sit together in the rooms, they share their experiences together.

Rooms are cleaned everyday by cleaning service and students should care about it.
School Laps
Each Lab has its own unique look and architecture that inspires the students with thoughts more productive thoughts about the subject they are learning about. All the practical experiments are held in these labs with a variety of tools and models that illustrates these experiments. Each lab has a guiding teacher for tutoring students to hold experiments safely following the whole rules of safety and scientific methods. The school building includes 6 Labs which are:
Physics Lab
Wheter Fluids or Thermodynamics, what you can measure is not like what you can understand.
Mechanics Lab
Velocity or speed, it doesn't matter as long as you move.
Chemistry Lab
Bases and Acids, Flasks and Beaks. It is chemistry around us.
Fab Lab
This is where you can make anything!
Biology Lab
Skeletons, bacteria and microscopes. Biology is everywhere.
Geology Lab
Here where you can find out about Earth.
